Overview
A quiz is a fast way to check understanding, and this free NodumForms template makes building one simple. Use Multiple Choice and Single Select questions to pose your questions, then collect every answer in a structured, comparable format. NodumForms does not auto-grade yet, so the template is designed to capture and organise responses cleanly for quick manual review, giving you a clear record of how each participant answered without the spreadsheet wrangling.
This template structures your assessment so answers are easy to read and compare. Single Select and Multiple Choice questions keep responses consistent, while an optional name or email field lets you attribute each set of answers to a participant. Because every submission flows into your NodumForms dashboard, the Summary view shows you, per question, which options people chose most often, the Individual view lets you review one participant's full answers, and the Table view lines everyone up side by side, ready for you to mark by hand. A live count shows how many have completed the quiz.
NodumForms keeps the quiz on-brand and the review efficient. Apply your colours, logo, and a cover image through Styles so the quiz matches your class or brand, and save that look for future quizzes. Share the quiz with a link or embed it on a lesson page. To grade, export all responses to CSV and tally scores in your spreadsheet, where you can apply your own answer key and weighting. Server-side validation helps ensure answers are submitted cleanly, while TLS encryption and hashed IP addresses keep the data secure. Note that automatic scoring is not available yet, so plan for a quick manual pass.
