NodumForms doesn't have shared workspaces — instead, collaboration happens per form. You invite specific people to a specific form, and they can edit it alongside you.
How to invite
- Open the form in the builder.
- Click the Collaborators icon in the toolbar (people icon, top-right).
- Enter the collaborator's email address.
- They receive an email invitation. Once they accept, the form appears in their sidebar too.
What collaborators can do
Collaborators have full editing access to the form you share:
- Add, edit, reorder, and delete blocks.
- Change the form's style and settings.
- Publish, unpublish, and update.
- View and export responses.
What collaborators can't do
- They can't see your other forms.
- They can't change billing — only the form owner pays the response count against their plan.
- They can't transfer ownership (yet).
Removing a collaborator
Open the Collaborators panel on the form and click the × next to their name. They lose access immediately.
Live editing
When two of you open the same form, you'll see each other's live cursors and an avatar for everyone currently viewing. Field-level locks mean only one person can edit a given question at a time, so edits never collide — and a lock releases the moment that person's tab closes.
