- Can I see average ratings without exporting the data?
- Yes. The Summary view in your responses dashboard shows per-question breakdowns, including average ratings and a list of open-text answers, so you can read trends at a glance before deciding whether to export to CSV.
- How do I run an NPS-style question?
- Use the Rating question type for a 'How likely are you to recommend us' scale, then add an open Long Text follow-up asking for the reason behind the score. The summary view aggregates the ratings automatically.
- Will respondents stay anonymous?
- You decide which fields to include. If you leave out name and email, responses are effectively anonymous. NodumForms hashes IP addresses and uses TLS encryption, so the data you collect stays private regardless.
